Deferred Compensation Plan
How Does it Work?
You decide how much you want to contribute to your account, and that amount will be deducted—on a pretax basis—from your pay. You save on taxes because you reduce your taxable income, and the money you contribute to your deferred compensation plan is invested and can grow over time to help fund your retirement years.
